Solar Sales Manager $100K+

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager who will oversee a direct sales team for iSolar. You will identify a team of relationship-oriented sales professionals whom you will train and develop as your business grows. This is a very unique position for which we need a tenacious, resourceful, and well-rounded person with the confidence and experience to run their own business and ensure its success.
iSolar specializes in residential and grid-tied turn-key solar electric systems. We are an industry leader in the engineering, design and integration of solar panels for both residential and commercial clients. It is our mission to exceed our customer's expectations by hiring exceptional engineers and forward thinking environmentalists, to aid us in the design and construction of highly efficient Eco-friendly systems.
We combine our technical expertise, project management experience, outstanding customer service, exacting workmanship, and premier engineering to provide you with a fully integrated solar package for Zero Down and 25% monthly savings. No other Solar Installation company has our program.
Unlike many solar companies, we personally handle every aspect of the permitting, design, installation and rebate process. Our in-house CAD-designer, HOA and permitting department and office administration all work together to make the process quick, efficient and customer service friendly.

Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing the best and brightest talent in the direct sales industry
Develop a business/success plan that contain objectives consistent with the company and iSolar's go-to-market strategy and goals
Do field ride-along's with representatives to inspect what you expect and shift territory to ensure proper representation and rotation
Work with IMMERGE's client services team to ensure sales execution, performance metrics and sales strategy is in line with objectives
Requirements:
Good Sales skills (or willing to learn), Willingness to talk to strangers and knock on their door, Good communication, Punctual, Driven and Self Motivated (lots of money to be made), Reliable, Strong sense of passion & urgency, Professional image, positive attitude, high energy and charismatic personality

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
