SEO/SEM Manager

Looking for full-time onsite SEO/SEM Manager for a role at an ecommerce corporation and produce web, email and display campaigns in Darien, CT area. Responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined SEO and PPC marketing strategy for a number of brands in a manner that supports marketing initiatives while increasing brand equity, website traffic and online awareness. Will demonstrate the ability to execute SEO and PPC projects and strategies from across business units; delivering on-time and properly communicating initiatives to help achieve department goals.
Conduct keyword analysis and development.
Draft detailed SEO site audits, site maps and reports.
Analyze and translate data from web analytics into actionable plans.
Advise and apply SEO best practices (on-page optimization, etc.).
Improve search rankings for branded and non-branded keywords across multiple brands.
Develop, integrate and operationalize a complete long term and white-hat link building strategy for multiple brands.
Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative and landing page revisions based on performance history and business units changing objectives.
Analyze, optimize, and grow search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, while following monthly/quarterly budget guidelines.
Perform granular and conversion analysis and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and insightful analysis on campaign status to senior management.
Drive new ideas and processes to improve performance of SEM campaigns, including account structure, bidding, ad copy, landing page optimization and keyword development.
Conduct, gather and analyze market research to determine PPC/SEO marketing opportunities and competitiveness; Identify, interpret, and capitalize on PPC marketing trends; Work closely with other marketing organizations to ensure tight integration of all PPC marketing programs and initiatives
Tools: Familiarity with various CMS such as Wordpress, Magento, etc. Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google analytics/webmaster tools. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, client and server-side technologies a plus. A strong understanding of Display Media, SEO, Mobile, Social and Attribution and Influence on Paid Search Activities; Experience with Google Adwords (certifications strongly preferred
