Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and shaping the design and development of a comprehensive and robust Leadership Development program to develop our internal leadership pipeline and identify gaps in succession planning as needed. Additionally, in partnership with HRBP's, he or she will oversee the design and delivery of team interventions as well as change management activities for the organization.
Implementing learning strategies at all levels of the organization ensuring that learning strategies address organizational objectives, strategies, business needs and employee development.
Identifying, diagnosing, and analyzing training needs to ensure the effective implementation, communication, and maintenance of programs to address identified needs.
Designing, developing, and delivering training in multiple forms and formats to accommodate audiences as appropriate.
Selecting and managing related vendors. Develops effective working relationships with a wide variety of outside vendors who can design, develop, and assist as necessary with implementation of various leadership and management development initiatives, training workshops, and related services (including coaching and 360 assessments).
Assessing the effectiveness of such services and develops a pool of readily available resources to supplement needs in these functional areas.
Designing and managing employee forums such as Women in Business, Administrative Professional Development Program, etc.
Designing, developing and implementing leadership and management initiatives such as leadership development, development of high potentials, and coaching and assessment programs.
Partnering with the Director of Talent Management to link leadership development initiatives with the organizational competencies and framework for development.
Establishing and creating a strong culture around coaching and 360 feedback.
Providing coaching and assessment advice to both the organization and to individuals.
Assumes and maintains management of the learning management system (system to be determined) in partnership with other LMS owners.
Actively participating in various external events, learning seminars and networking events to stay up to date on training and leadership development related initiatives, theories and practices.
Identifying and implementing a change management strategy for the organization taking in mind the various cultural and business needs of the organization.
Establishing and conducting team building and team interventions as needed. Establishes a philosophy and methodology.
Maintaining strong working relationships and active collaboration with other HR functions, especially the HR Business Partners, to ensure consistent training and leadership development approaches are taken and implemented.
Maintaining strong working relationships with internal management to understand organizational needs, trends and upcoming initiatives.
Maintaining strong working relationships with the technical training departments and other process owners to coordinate training and development efforts across the employee population.
Requirements:
7
years of experience in Training or Organizational Development to include instructional design, implementation, facilitation, and delivery, and expertise in multiple modes of learning delivery including e-learning, on-line, and webinar-based learning.
Excellent project management skills including planning, logistics, program management and scheduling.
A history of building and maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Knowledgeable about instructional design methodology and application for effective learning.
Knowledge of learning management systems.
Understanding of change management and team building methodologies and their applications.
Strong ability to persuasively influence others.
Ability to manage multiple, complex assignments with proven ability to assess competing priorities in a high energy, fast paced environment.
Ability to work in an unstructured environment and work independently.
Strong business acumen, client-service and results orientation.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to facilitate content to multiple audience levels.
Highly effective in ambiguous environment and able to produce maximum results with little direction and guidance.
Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups.
Strong coaching, consulting and diagnosis skills.
Pharmaceutical / Biotech sector industry experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
