- Part-Time, Fee for Service Opportunities. Flexible scheduling available!
- This particular caseload is 8 hours across 3 days, but there is opportunity to take on more if desired.
- Working with School aged children
- Position available near White Plains, NY
- Fee for Service Compensation:
$60-$69 / hour service- Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
- Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
- Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
- Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

And this background:
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
- Bilingual is a plus
