The practice is dedicated to upholding the highest standards in dental care, and we offer a number of procedures including teeth cleanings, same day dental crowns, porcelain veneers, INVISALIGN, dental implants, dental bridges, All-on-6 dental implants, and help for patients experiencing Sleep and TMJ issues.
We are a progressive family dental practice looking for a full time candidate to take on the role of Practice Manager.
We pride ourselves on providing quality dental healthcare to families throughout White Plains and the surrounding areas.
We are a multi-doctor practice that requires someone who is/has:
Reliable, punctual, accountable Patient care oriented Confident and competent in communications with patients as well as doctors, and other staff.
Astute and efficient Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good at problem solving.
Under direct and indirect supervision, the Front Desk will answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, patients, visitors, and other interested parties.
Provide information to callers, and perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:
Demonstrates dependability in attendance and completion of job tasks Must show up to work on time as scheduled.
Greet patients and callers.
Handle their inquiries, screen and/or forward calls or inquiries to appropriate personnel according to their needs.
Take & deliver messages when necessary.
Schedule appointments.
Provide proper and accurate information.
Operate multiple line telephone system.
Efficiently and accurately move through the patient workflow process in practice management software.
Review and process insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
Retrieve and post paper and electronic insurance payments and adjustments accurately.
Obtain and verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits breakdown, and accurately transfer that data into our practice management system.
Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
Communicate appropriately and effectively, both over the phone and in person.
File and maintain electronics records.
Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
