As a Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage large sized project that are approximately $50M or greater.
After completion of successful proposal/bidding process, this position is accountable for all aspects of a project s success, to meet or exceed the clients expectations, to the profitable completion of the job, with a special emphasis on safety performance.
It is essential to be reliable, self-motivated, goal oriented, organized, and professional.
Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in teams and quickly make decisions.
The anticipated salary range is:
$158,000 - $217,000 annually.
This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Bachelor s degree, 7
years of related experience, or equivalent combinationSpecialized trainingMust possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving recordProficient in Scheduling, Estimating and Project Controls SoftwareDemonstration of previous successful management of heavy civil construction project(s) greater than $50MExperience managing alternative delivery projects, including, but not limited to, design/build and Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) - desired AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
