Family Friendly Team, Generous PTO, paid holidays!!Responsibilities Create and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely submittal Provide accurate prevailing wage information for payroll processing Manage and oversee job costing process and provide reports to Executive Staff Perform month-end close process and all GL Accounting functions Preparation of documents and assist external accountants with year-end audits Provide support for compliance issues and perform periodic internal audits Assist with preparation and submission of annual forecasting and budgeting reports Analyze corporate financial metrics, focusing on revenue, profitability and expense control Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related 3-5 years of accounting experience within Construction and/or Property Mgmt Job Costing and Cost Accounting knowledge and experience a MUST Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills and deadline driven Must have strong knowledge and experience regarding prevailing wage rates Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team High level of accuracy with attention to detail in fast paced environment Ability to adapt to multi-shifting priorities effectively and accurately Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required and Sage Intacct proficiency preferred Prior experience with leading software implementations highly preferred Recommended Skills Accounting Adaptability Analytical Attention To Detail Auditing Communication Apply to this job.
