Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department - Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying - Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person - Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or office assistant preferred - Familiarity with home care is a plus - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.
