Mobile Billing and Technical Support Analyst

UCI's Direct client is looking for a Mobile Billing and Technical Support Analyst to work for our client at New York.
Skillso Proven experience in supporting mobile devices (iOS) in an enterprise environment.
o Proven experience in customer service.
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.
) is required.
o Working experience with ServiceNow o Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required.
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for dealing with customers, and staff from various departments.
o Ability to consistently meet strict deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
o Ability to represent NYPA to all internal and external customers.
o Ability to analyze billing data and invoices for accuracy and use sound judgment regarding data inconsistencies to independently resolve issues is required.
o Ability to assist Billing Representatives in resolving issues.
Seek guidance from others as appropriate.
o The ability to address various billing / usage data requests from internal and external customers.
o Proactive in achieving goals and can work independently, with minor guidance from superiors.
o The ability, when delegated by management, to assist with directing the work of Billing Representatives as required.
o Ability to identify potential incorrect charges, question and correct them intelligently with guidance and supervision.
o Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and experience in configuring and managing mobile devices using MDM tools.
o Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, device configurations, and mobile applications.
Education & Certificationso High School Diploma required with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate billing or analytical role is required, or o Associate degree in a business relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate billing or analytical role is required.
(4 years degrees are a plus) o Minimum of 1 year work experience with ITSM tools, ServiceNow experience preferred.
